Meet the Founder

Abby is a licensed attorney, a mother of three, and a certified StrongHER Self-Defense™ instructor.  Her self-defense journey began in 2019 when she started training in Krav Maga - the official defensive tactics system for the Israeli Defensive Force.   
Inspired by the strength and confidence she gained, Abby became a licensed Fit-to-Fight instructor, and taught others how to take charge of their safety at a local Krav Maga training center until 2023. 
In 2024, Abby started her own business with a focus on women’s self defense. 
When she’s not teaching self defense or defending her clients in court, you can find her enjoying the outdoors with her husband and three kids, trying out a new recipe in the kitchen, or playing a board game with her friends.
